Guiding Principals & Philosophy in Purpose
FREE THE CHILD’S POTENTIAL, AND YOU’LL TRANSFORM HIM INTO THE WORLD” – Dr. Montessori.
Vision
WE ARE, WHAT WE DO, REPEATEDLY DO.
EXCELLENCE, THEN, IS NOT AN ACT, BUT A HABIT” (excellence is result of habit).
Mission
Our mission at NIRANTHARA is to help every child become their best through a rich learning environment and genuine, loving, and nurturing care.
Our Goal
To create an engaging environment where children grow intellectually, emotionally, physically, and spiritually becoming responsible individuals rooted in values.
About the Montessori System
The Montessori Method is a child-centered educational approach developed by Maria Montessori in the early 1900s.
It is based on scientific observation of children and respects each child’s natural psychological, physical, and social development.
Montessori education believes that:
“Education is not something which the teacher does, but a natural process which develops spontaneously in the human being.” – Maria Montessori
Montessori Approach at Niranthara
At Niranthara Montessori, we follow the authentic Montessori philosophy inspired by Maria Montessori, blended with Indian traditional values, culture, and wisdom.
We believe that:
“Excellence is not an act, but a habit.”
Through consistent nurturing, respectful guidance, and a prepared environment, children develop habits of independence, discipline, and compassion.
Our Montessori Philosophy
At Niranthara, education is not forced — it unfolds naturally.
What We Provide
Areas of Development at Niranthara Pre-school
Practical Life
Practical life activities are designed to support the child’s development and interests. They build fine motor skills, coordination, concentration, independence, and confidence through tasks like pouring, buttoning, cleaning, and serving.
Sensorial
Sensorial activities nurture curiosity and cognitive development through hands-on exploration and discovery. Scientifically designed materials help children refine their senses and build a strong foundation for future learning.
Mathematics
Concrete materials make numbers tangible and joyful, building logical thinking. Montessori materials like number rods, golden beads, & geometric shapes help children explore counting and basic mathematical concepts.
Language
Phonics-based approach supports natural reading and writing development. Materials like sandpaper letters and movable alphabets help children build literacy skills, recognize sounds and words, and develop a love for language.
Games, art & craft
Develop creative expression, fine motor skills, problem solving skills, social interaction & emotional wellbeing. In our vibrant environment, children are encouraged to explore, express, and create through a variety.
Music and movement
The music and movement have profound impact on children’s holistic development. Here’s why we prioritize these activities: Brain Development, Physical coordination, Emotional expression, Social connection, Cultural appreciation.
Culture & Values
We integrate Indian traditions, festivals, moral values, respect for elders, gratitude, and environmental awareness into daily learning through meaningful activities, celebrations, stories, real-life experiences, and guided practice every day.
Beyond Academics
We nurture emotional intelligence, social responsibility, respect, kindness, confidence, and a love for lifelong learning. We believe every child carries immense potential, and our role is to help them discover it gently, patiently, and consistently.
